This website, a1keto.com, and the products sold on it are operated by Mohammed Naazir Qasim Khan, sole proprietor, trading as Cook Your Mood, of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at cookyourmood@a1keto.com.
2. Agreement
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, do not place an order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. The product
Cook Your Mood is a digital publication supplied as a PDF file, together with the 28-Day Keto Meal Planner included at no extra charge. No physical item is supplied. Page counts, recipe counts and nutritional figures stated on the product page are accurate to the edition current at the time of purchase.
5. Your licence to use it
When you buy Cook Your Mood you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own private, non-commercial use. You may read them on your own devices and print copies for your own kitchen. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, republish or commercially exploit the files or any part of them, in whole or in part, in any medium. All copyright, text, photography and design remain our property.
6. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the product page in the currency indicated and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery is by email, automatically, on confirmation of payment. See our Delivery Policy.

9. Health disclaimer — please read
Cook Your Mood is a collection of recipes and general nutritional information. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional. Nutritional values are estimates calculated from standard ingredient data and will vary with brands, portion sizes and preparation. A ketogenic diet is not appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, have diabetes, kidney, liver, heart or gallbladder conditions, an eating disorder, or take prescription medication — particularly insulin or blood-pressure medication — consult your doctor before changing your diet. We make no claim that following these recipes will produce any particular health, weight or medical outcome. You use the information at your own risk.

Recipes may contain or reference common allergens including dairy, eggs, nuts, fish and soy. Always check the ingredient labels of the products you buy. We cannot be responsible for allergic reactions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the site and download links available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
