Cook Your Mood is a digital product. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped. Your download link is emailed to you automatically as soon as payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
Because delivery is automatic and immediate, an order cannot be cancelled once checkout is complete. If you have not yet completed payment, simply close the checkout window — no order is created and you are not charged.
When we will refund you in full
We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if any of the following apply:
- Your download link never arrived, or does not work, and we are unable to deliver a working file to you.
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened in a standard PDF reader.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The product materially differs from what is described on the product page.
When we cannot refund
Because this is a digital file delivered in full and immediately, we are unable to refund for a change of mind, or because the recipes are not to your personal taste, once the file has been delivered and is working as described. This is stated clearly on the product page before purchase.
How to request a refund
Email cookyourmood@a1keto.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Before you raise a dispute
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Almost every delivery problem is solved within a day, and we would rather fix it than have you go without the book you paid for.
