Nothing is shipped. Cook Your Mood is a digital publication delivered as a PDF file. There is no physical book, no courier, and no shipping charge of any kind.
How and when you receive your order
- Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, automatically, as soon as payment is confirmed. In almost all cases this is within one minute.
- The email also contains the free 28-Day Keto Meal Planner included with every copy.
- The link does not expire, and you may download the files again from the same email.
Where we deliver
Worldwide. Because delivery is by email there are no delivery restrictions, no customs, and no duties.
What you need to open it
Any device with a standard PDF reader — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. You may also print the pages you cook from most often.
If your order has not arrived
Check your spam, promotions and junk folders first, and search for “Cook Your Mood”. If it still is not there, email cookyourmood@a1keto.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it manually. We reply within 2 business days, and usually much sooner.
