This policy explains what personal information a1.keto collects when you visit a1keto.com or buy Cook Your Mood, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We sell one thing, a digital cookbook delivered by email, so there is less of this than you might expect.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address, when you check out. We need it, because it is how your download is delivered.
- Your name and billing address, if your payment provider requires it to process the payment.
- Order details, meaning what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
- Technical information collected automatically by our platform: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site.
- Messages you send us, if you email for support.
We never see or store your card details. Payment information is entered directly into our payment provider's systems and is never held by us.
Why we use it
- To deliver your download and re-send it if it goes astray.
- To process your payment and issue refunds where they apply.
- To answer your emails.
- To keep records required by Indian tax and accounting law.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send you marketing emails only if you opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop:
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Our payment provider, which processes your payment and holds the card data we never see.
- Our email provider, which delivers your download link and any newsletters.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Where your information goes
Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including outside India, the EEA and the UK. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- send you a copy in a portable format;
- stop using it for marketing.

Cookies
This store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping your cart, remembering your session and keeping checkout secure, and analytics cookies that tell us, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working if you do.
Children
This store is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Our store runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as card numbers by email.

We may update this policy. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
